Thank you, thank you, thank you
Hey friend,
Last week, I asked you a favour to give me feedback on an upcoming course offering and you delivered! Thank you for your valuable feedback and precious time last week, friend. I appreciate your help so much. It was invaluable and changed the direction of the course. 🙏
In addition, I asked you what leadership philosophies you held, and you provided some interesting answers. I’m going to share some of them with you, as there was a recurring theme in your answers.
💬
1/ I believe in constant change and want to provide my team guidance and inspiration. I want to help them set goals and help them overcome challenges. Setting the vision for the team so they know where we are heading.
2/ Focus, focus, focus If you set the right focus for the team then they will deliver. Also, focus on receiving feedback and iterating if needed.
3/ Set achievable goals and build trust. Lead by example. Communicate clearly and with accountability. If you do it right, give the team the credit but if they don’t, don’t shy away from responsibility.

I’m working on a new course offering and I am working on the feedback you gave me. Since this feedback was so valuable, I have already begun incorporating it into my upcoming course. I can’t wait to share more.
